Three of Britain's finest studios — Helen Green Design, Rigby & Rigby and Lawson Robb — under one roof. We help them hold the operation behind the work to the same standard as the work itself.
The challenge
Across three studios, the knowledge that makes the work possible — supplier relationships, client preferences, project decisions, the way each studio writes — lived in inboxes, folders and people's heads. Senior designers spent hours on operational work that didn't need their eye, and nothing learned on one project carried to the next.
What we built
One Brain across all three studios — their knowledge in plain, exportable files they own — with a layer of drafts-first agents that work from it. Calls and decisions become structured records; client and supplier comms get drafted in each studio's voice. Nothing leaves in the firm's name without a person approving it.
Where it's heading
We're capturing operational data with Allect now, before we publish the full before/after — with sample size, time window, and what we can and can't attribute. The first full study lands July 2026, and we'll name the friction too. That's the deal on this whole site: real name, real numbers, real caveats.
